DOT Physicals

In addition to general health physicals, we also offer DOT physical exams which are required for truck drivers, commercial motor vehicle drivers and CDL drivers. DOT physicals look at your current health status as well as your medical history to determine if you are physically fit to drive a commercial motor vehicle.

What to Expect?

  • Blood test, to check for high blood pressure or other medical conditions
  • Urinalysis, as part of drug and alcohol testing
  • Vision and hearing tests

What to Bring?

To make sure you have everything covered and your medical history is complete you will want to bring the following with you:

  • List of prescriptions medications, and dosage you are currently taking.
  • Glasses or If you are wearing contacts.
  • Specialist Referral letters if needed.
  • Sleep Apnea Form.
  • Medical history.
  • Hearing Aids.
