Her expertise includes the care and management of complex primary care patients including chronic and acute disease states including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, acute and chronic migraine management including medication options, COPD and depression/anxiety.

Leslie Gasser is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has years of experience as an emergency department nurse and case management specialist. She transitioned to the role of a primary care provider several years ago and has worked in pain management for the last few years. She is eager to transfer to family practice, which is where her heart is. Leslie has vast knowledge in acute and chronic illness management.

Amanda is a Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and has over a decade of experience. She specializes in hormone therapy, pelvic health, chronic pelvic pain and urinary incontinence treatment. She also offers women's health screenings and Pap smears. She trained at Indiana University Purdue University-Ft. Wayne.

Libby Seltzer-Willis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked with children, families, and individuals for over 15 years. She is committed to assisting clients in developing healthier and more positive ways of thinking. She has additional training in the areas of Loss and Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Crisis Intervention, Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, MI & solution focused therapy.

Marideth Kates (LCSW) is a health, life, and nutrition coach. For 23 years she's provided individual and group therapy for youth, college students and athletes. Her speciality is supporting high-performing athletes who struggle with performance anxiety, injuries, eating disorders, relationships, time management and stress. She creates customized programming with high-touch communication before and after sessions, plus encouragement and support in between sessions. Marideth values bringing laughter and joy into sessions to provide a comfortable and safe space.

Hannah Schamburg is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Her holistic approach integrates evidenced based treatment, personalized care plans, and lifestyle interventions to empower individuals to achieve lasting well-being. Experienced in managing anxiety and depressive disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, schizophrenia, and personality disorders.
