Katelyn Horton is a family nurse practitioner now accepting patients. Katelyn was an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse previously and she transitioned from that roll to Nurse Practitioner in October 2024. She is up to date and well versed in acute and chronic healthcare management including hypertension, depression and anxiety. Katelyn received her NP training and graduated from the University of Southern Indiana.
