Amanda is a Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and has over a decade of experience. She specializes in hormone therapy, pelvic health, chronic pelvic pain and urinary incontinence treatment. She also offers women's health screenings and Pap smears. She trained at Indiana University Purdue University-Ft. Wayne.
Katelyn Horton is a family nurse practitioner now accepting patients. Katelyn was an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse previously and she transitioned from that roll to Nurse Practitioner in October 2024. She is well versed in acute and chronic healthcare management including hypertension, depression and anxiety. Katelyn received her NP training from the University of Southern Indiana.

Her expertise includes the care and management of complex primary care patients including chronic and acute disease states including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, acute and chronic migraine management including medication options, COPD and depression/anxiety.
Leslie Gasser is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has years of experience as an emergency department nurse and case management specialist. She transitioned to the role of a primary care provider several years ago and has worked in pain management for the last few years. She is eager to transfer to family practice, which is where her heart is. Leslie has vast knowledge in acute and chronic illness management.
